Where's my order?
Your orders typically ship within 24 – 48 business hours of when they are placed. For an item sold by SourceBody.com: When you click the “Place your order” button, we’ll send you an email message acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an email notifying you that the item has been shipped. You can view the status of your order in the My Orders section of your My Account page. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped and can be viewed from the “Track Order” link at the top of the Home page.
What locations does SourceBody ship to?
SourceBody currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but hope to do so in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the rates offered by our shipping carriers. It is our intent to always provide fast, economical shipping to our customers! When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its Additional Information tab. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
What is your return policy?
Non-Perishable Items. Except for food or other perishable items, SourceBody accepts the return of any product within the first 7 days of the date the order was placed and only if the product is unopened, unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. Any return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at SourceBody’s sole election. Credit will be provided upon SourceBody’s physical receipt of the returned product. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable unless SourceBody is found to have shipped an incorrect or expired item. Perishable Items. Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact our Member Support by using the “Contact Us” page for return and credit instructions.
How can I invite my friends to SourceBody?
The more the merrier! Please log into your account and go to the Refer a Friend section. From there, you can invite friends to join via email or social media by sharing your unique referral link. As if it couldn’t get any better… you will receive 20% off your next paid membership for each person you invite who subscribes to our premium membership program. Feel free to invite all of your friends (and even a few strangers)… a movement is so much more fun with a lot of people!
How does the Annual Paid Membership work?
By joining SourceBody as an annual premium member, you’ll be embarking on a journey towards health and wellness. You will give yourself access to wholesome products at discounted prices. Because of your membership, we can buy products at wholesale prices and can pass along those savings to our members. With those types of discounts, the average member is able to recoup their membership costs in savings after only a few orders! Did you realize that the $59 annual membership fee is less than $5 a month? Thank you for helping us dispel the myth that a healthy lifestyle has to be expensive.
Why Should I Become A Registered User?
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
